1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "toto15," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the toto15 platform at toto15.co and all associated gaming and betting services offered therein.
• "Platform" means the toto15 website accessible at toto15.co, including all sub-pages, gaming interfaces, mobile-optimized views, and any associated services.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any registered user who has created an account on the toto15 Platform.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a Player following successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real money funds and, where separately indicated, bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, matched deposit bonuses, free spin winnings, or other non-cash value awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of wagers that must be placed on eligible games before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, comprising the submission and approval of a valid government-issued Philippine ID and such additional documentation as toto15 may require.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for licensing and regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Force Majeure Event" means any event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of toto15, including but not limited to power failures, internet outages, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service interruptions.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the toto15 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any specific terms applicable to individual games, promotions, or payment methods offered on the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and toto15. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms and Conditions are published in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. toto15 may at its discretion provide Filipino (Tagalog) summaries for key provisions, but such summaries are for informational purposes only and do not form part of the binding agreement.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on toto15, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is imposed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulatory guidelines. toto15 strictly enforces this requirement and will suspend any Account where the account holder is found to be below the minimum age.
2. You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of each login and wager unless toto15 expressly extends its services to other jurisdictions in writing.
3. You must be legally permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction to access and use online gaming services of the type offered by toto15.
4. You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of toto15 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors, unless toto15 has granted express written permission.
5. You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from toto15 or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming operator during the period of such exclusion.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming and betting services on toto15, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. Registration requires submission of accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and such other information as toto15 may require from time to time.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the toto15 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. toto15 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein.

By completing registration, you warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading. toto15 reserves the right to verify any information provided during registration or at any subsequent time, including through KYC verification procedures. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account suspension.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. toto15 will not ask you for your password at any time and you should treat any request for your password as fraudulent.

You must notify toto15 customer support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization or that your login credentials have been compromised. toto15 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receiving such notification but accepts no liability for losses suffered as a result of unauthorized access prior to notification.

All activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are active shall be deemed to have been conducted by you. You accept full responsibility for any such activity, including any wagers placed and any transactions processed.

6 Deposits & Payments

toto15 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. toto15 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

All deposits to toto15 must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited.

toto15 does not accept deposits from credit cards or any payment instrument that represents borrowed funds. toto15 reserves the right to return deposits and close Accounts where it has reason to believe that funds deposited represent borrowed money or are sourced from proceeds of unlawful activity.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment accounts registered in the name of the account holder. toto15 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. toto15 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own processing fees. Players are responsible for any fees imposed by their bank or e-wallet provider.

Before toto15 will process a withdrawal request, the following conditions must be met:

1. KYC verification has been completed and approved;
2. All applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been satisfied;
3. There are no active fraud investigations or compliance holds on your Account; and
4. Your Account is in good standing and not subject to any suspension or restriction.

toto15 reserves the right to request additional documentation or information before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being held or cancelled.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

toto15 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives ("Promotions") to eligible Players. All Promotions are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms published with each individual Promotion.

The following general terms apply to all Promotions offered by toto15:

1. Bonus Funds are credited to a Player's Account in addition to any real money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
2. Unless otherwise specified in a Promotion's individual terms, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the Bonus Funds being credited. Bonus Funds and associated winnings not used within this period will be forfeited.
3. Unless otherwise specified, slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely. Specific game contribution rates are detailed in each Promotion's terms.
4. toto15 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account will be honoured subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
5. Each Promotion may only be claimed once per eligible Player unless otherwise stated. Attempts to claim bonuses multiple times using duplicate accounts or false personal information constitute fraud and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
6. toto15 reserves the right to withhold bonus payments or to void bonus-related winnings if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the Promotion has been abused, exploited, or claimed in a manner inconsistent with its intent.

9 Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered on the toto15 Platform are subject to the individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. The results of games are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software, where applicable, or by the outcome of physical events in live dealer games.

toto15 uses third-party game providers whose software and RNG systems are subject to independent testing and certification to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable standards. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published in the game information panels.

In the event of a malfunction, error, or interruption to any game, toto15 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager amount to the Player's Account. toto15 shall have no further liability in respect of a voided game round. Technical errors or service interruptions do not give rise to any entitlement to winnings that were not legitimately generated.

Where a game result is disputed, the outcome recorded in toto15's server logs shall be treated as definitive in the absence of clear evidence of a technical malfunction. Players wishing to dispute a game result should contact toto15 support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the toto15 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the receipt of proceeds of criminal activity;
• Depositing funds from stolen payment instruments or unauthorized third-party accounts;
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or bugs to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial assistance to make betting decisions or place wagers;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting strategies designed to circumvent risk controls, or any form of coordinated betting activity intended to guarantee profit regardless of outcome;
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute legitimate transactions made to toto15;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing toto15 staff or other Players through any communication channel; and
• Sharing your Account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to use your Account.

11 Responsible Gaming

toto15 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognize that for a minority of players, gambling can cause harm, and we have implemented tools and procedures designed to support players who wish to manage or limit their gambling activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all toto15 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum net loss amount over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further real-money wagers will be declined until the period resets.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary restriction on their Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account remains accessible for withdrawals only.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a longer break may self-exclude for a period of 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

toto15 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other applicable terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
• Reasonable suspicion that the account holder is below the minimum age of 21;
• Receipt of a request or direction from PAGCOR or any competent regulatory authority;
• A chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the account holder against toto15; or
• As required by applicable law or court order.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, toto15 will endeavour to complete its investigation within a reasonable timeframe. Where toto15 determines that an Account should be permanently closed for reasons of breach or fraud, any balance in the Account may be forfeited at toto15's discretion.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting toto15 customer support. All verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player following account closure, subject to any applicable restrictions. Bonus Funds at the time of closure will be forfeited.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, toto15's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any liability for breach of contract, negligence, or any other cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their toto15 Account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

toto15 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Loss of opportunity or goodwill;
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind; or
• Any loss or damage arising from a Force Majeure Event.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit toto15's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

14 Intellectual Property

All content on the toto15 Platform, including but not limited to the toto15 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials, is the proprietary intellectual property of toto15 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the toto15 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of toto15.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the toto15 Platform shall first be referred to toto15 customer support for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being raised with customer support, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also lodge complaints with PAGCOR in respect of regulated gaming activities.

16 Amendments to These Terms

toto15 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via Platform notification or registered mobile number with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law, regulatory direction, or security considerations.

The current effective version of the Terms and Conditions will always be accessible on the toto15 Platform at toto15.co/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
